WAKEBY RD-FIELD REPORT-GW ELEV_05-10-23810 WAKEBY ROAD WAKEBY ROAD SOLAR PROJECT MARSTONS MILL-BARNSTABLE MASSACHUSETTS, 02648 FIELD REPORT GROUNDWATER ELEVATION MEASUREMENTS & GPS SURVEY Date: ____May 10, 2023________ Personnel Present: _________None__________ _____________________________________________________________________________ Inspectors Name: Brendon Reali and Ryan Tracey, Atlantic Design Engineers Inspectors Contact Information: _breali@atlanticcompanies.com__ Inspectors Signature: ________________________ Type of Inspection: Groundwater Elevation Measurement & GPS Survey Date of Report: ______May 18, 2023______ Brendon Reali of Atlantic Design Engineers arrived at the 810 Wakeby Road property (Site) at approximately 2:15PM to locate four (4) existing groundwater morning wells and obtain existing groundwater measurements. Monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-4 were located within the northern portion of the property (Figure 1) and groundwater was measured using a GeoTech Portable Water Level Meter. The monitoring wells were approximately 2-inches in diameter and composed of PVC (Figures 2-5). The wells were protected with a steel casing, with the exception of MW-1, and extended approximately 2-feet above grade. The elevation of existing grade at the base of each monitoring well was surveyed using a GPS unit. The Cape Cod Commission’s (CCC) has provided a method to use current water level measurements at the project site in conjunction with monthly index well data to estimate the maximum seasonal high groundwater level. A review of the Cape Cod Commission’s (CCC) High Groundwater Level Data Viewer was conducted to estimate seasonal high groundwater levels at the Site. Based on provided information, the Index Observation Well for the Site is SDW-253R, which was measured on April 9, 2023, at 48.22-feet below ground surface (b.g.s). The associated Water-Level Range Zone for the Site is Zone B and the water level adjustment for is 4.50-feet. Subtracting this adjustment from the Site’s depth to water yields the depth to estimated high Page 2 of 5 groundwater. High Ground-water Level Computation forms have been completed for each monitoring well and provided as Appendix A. Additionally, an existing irrigation well was located on the southern portion of the Site approximately 300-feet north of the entrance along Wakeby Road. An associated Flexcon Flex- Lite Pressure Tank is housed within a wooden shed (Figure 6). Standing groundwater depth below the ground surface (b.g.s) was measured with the following results: Well ID Measured Elev. of Existing Grade Measured Depth to GW (b.g.s) Measured GW Elev.
