This email is in follow-up of our conversation, I had hoped to contact you yesterday but I was unable to connect with my
client until after 430. I am not seeking a continuance, but I am providing notice that my client is withdrawing her
application without prejudice. I assume this will not require me to attend the hearing tonight. However, if I am mistaken
I am willing to attend to report to the board of the matter is being withdrawn.
Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. As always thank you.
