L Utilities. Which reads as follow: "Location of wires. All electrical, telephone, and other utility wires shall be placed below ground in every subdivision, unless the board determines that such placement is not feasible or is not in the best interest of the town." We are requesting that we be permitted to use utility poles and overhead wires for this subdivision. In accordance with Section 801-5 Waivers, we believe that our request for this waiver will maintain the rural character of the area and is not inconsistent with the Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
