Subject: Review Comments for Revised Submittal of Definitive Subdivision on Old Stage
Road & Parker Lane in Barnstable, MA dated February 23, 2023
In review of the revised Site Plan Review Subdivision package submitted on February 23, 2023,
the following comments apply:
1) Provide a response letter addressing how all comments from prior review memorandums
have been addressed.
2) Provide an additional catch basin in the proposed swale at Station 3+00. This new catch
basin should be connected to the proposed infiltration structures.
3) Provide a depression and/or berm at the proposed catch basin adjacent to Service Road to
prevent stormwater from bypassing the catch basin and draining onto Service Road.
4) “Beehive” style grates should be specified for the catch basins located in swales.
