Additional Comments
As a supplement to my January 3, 2023 review memorandum, I offer the following additional
comment fo r consideration by the Board.
1. Volume 1 of the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook requires infiltration facilities to be
designed with a minimum setback of 100 feet from private wells. The proposed
infiltration basin does not meet this setback.
