Ref: Letter from Mr. John Field, Commodore, Barnstable Yacht Club, dated 05, Dec 2022, subject:
ZBA Appeal No. 2022029 Leveroni Special Permit Request for Construction Site Logistics Plan as
requirement for special permit.
1. We reside at 54 Beale Way, and view with concern the impact of the Leveroni construction effort on
our ability to access Route 6a, as well as access from 6a by delivery and emergency vehicles. As such,
we are in full concurrence with Mr. Fields letter, referenced above. Ready access to and from Route 6a
must be assured during the construction effort for us and other residents of Beale Way, by delivery
vehicles, and particularly emergency vehicles.
2. Previous construction efforts at this location resulted in unannounced closures of Beale Way which
impacted deliveries to Beale Way residents in several instances.
3. Please note that while we received written notices of previous meetings, we did not receive a written
notice of the 07 December Meeting.
