Dear Members,
Magnolia Avenue Realty Trust’s Order of Conditions: SE3-5118 is set to expire 1/18/23. According to Ed Hoopeson December 1st.
The delay in finishing the project was due to a long ongoing lawsuit with an abutter that just recently settled.The only remaining unfinished parts are a fire pit above the red brick
oval shaped piece of patio and a barbecue area.
Respectfully I request a finaltwo year extension.
