I have received the abutter notification and have been provided with the proposed plans. The removal of the driveway from what is now my land was included in our agreement when the property was purchased. I have no objection to the removal of that portion of the driveway on my side of the property line by the applicant. The re-landscaping of that disturbed area on my side of the property will be covered by our site team under the recently approved Order of Conditions for the house (SE3-6004).
