Please see this revised plan dated 12/6/22 for the McCabe RDA filing. Staff recommended the invasive project be
removed from this request as it lacked informa on and would be be er filed as a NOI. I requested this plan be submi ed
as we can’t con nue a RDA. I am comfortable with the shed request as it meets our present guidelines for filings. Kim
could you please place this revised plan into the file.
