Below and attached are two documents that I would like to submit for tonight's ZBA meeting specific to
Appeal 2022049 Sundelin et al

I would like to submit the attached petition, signed by me and 49 other local residents, that says we
support the TOB Building Commissioner's Notice of Violation(s) and Order to Cease, Desist and Abate
dated August 25, 2022 pertaining to 970/972 Main Street, West Barnstable. We urge the ZBA to vote
against Appeal 2022049, Sendelin et al AND to uphold the Building Commissioner's Notice and
Order dated August 25, 2022 in its entirety.

abutter to 970/972 Main Street, WB. Images in this slide feature examples of the expansion my husband
and I have witnessed of the preexisting nonconfirming business located there.
