I have three extremely relevant issues:
A. Pigott is using land that she does not ow n per deed as part of her lot area
B. Is claiming a unfinished basement which she did to get SP in 2008 and then immediately finished resulting

C. More detrimental to the neighborhood and keeps things in setbac k.
