1:03: General Procedures
(2.) (a.)Only minor changes may be approved by the Committee without the filing of a new application and a new hearing. Minor changes include
alterations that can be done without a detrimental impact on the overall appearance of the project such as altering a single window or door change
or a minor change of colors. All minor changes by amendment will require the local Committee’s or it’s designee’s approval.
Submit two (2) copies of the application and supporting materials and documentation.

Due to the limited space in bedroom, we would like to replace existing plan for
door in center with a 5 foot slider and remove existing window in living room.
This will be to accommodate a closet for the bedroom.
