Barnstable, MA 02630 General Specifications for Wall Alteration and Rebuild In December of 2021 after the November High Wind Storm we contracted a professional mason to rebuild and make our wall safe as we noticed loose stone from the wall ending up on the public adjacent walkway. This was because we had very large tree limbs come down on the wall. We maintain the wall and have a lease agreement in place with the "Town of Barnstable" at this time. We have already erected most of the wall. Materials Used: Existing Native Stone from Original Stone Wall more material added to match existing materials. (See Pictures Attached) Minimal Mortar to Secure Wall and make safe along public right of way. The Stone wall is under 40 inches in height.
