I am writing to support Dave Munsell's’ request for a Variance in the above matter. My wife and I reside
at 2841 Main Street Barnstable and during our regular walks down to the village have frequently stopped
to talk to David as regards his plans for a new home at 3075 Main St. David has shared his plans with us
in detaill on several occasions.
We have known David and his wife Diane to not only being excellent stewards for their lovely home and
property, directly acrossed street from their propsed home, but also as individual who will provide the
community with a residence in keeping with the aesthetic values and historical nature of the community.
We then whole heartedly support Davids aplication for a variance in the above matter.
