Planning Board letter of recommendation 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA 02601 Town of Barnstable Planning Board www.townofbarnstable.us/planningboard June 15, 2022 Matthew Levesque, President Barnstable Town Council 367 Main Street Hyannis, MA 02601 RE: Report of the Barnstable Planning Board to Town Council on Item No. 2022-159, a Citizens Petition, to amend the Town of Barnstable Zoning Ordinance by amending the code of the Town of Barnstable, Part I, General Ordinances, Chapter 240 Zoning, Article III, §240-30E(4) the Separation Requirements of the Medical Marijuana Overlay District. Dear President Levesque, The Planning Board held a duly posted and noticed public hearing on June 13, 2022 on the proposal to amend the Town of Barnstable Zoning Ordinance by amending the code of the Town of Barnstable, Part I, General Ordinances, Chapter 240 Zoning, Article III, §240-30E(4) the Separation Requirements of the Medical Marijuana Overlay District. At the close of the public hearing, a motion was duly made and seconded to recommend to Town Council adoption of the proposed zoning amendment, Item No. 2022-159. The vote approving that motion was a unanimous vote of members present.
