Subject:About ZBA appeals
I am writing about ZBA appeal 2022-043 and 2022-044, the Munsell's property.
I am a long time property owner on Rendezvous Lane in Barnstable. I love the history of our area and the historic
buildings. I am beyond sad about the proposal to build on the site of the old carriage house . I could have understood if
the owners had wanted to turn it into a small home, and perhaps added on in the back. But their proposal for such a
large house on that site is so inappropriate for the size of the lot. I doubt my opinion will make any difference, but
wanted to voice it.
