Regarding the solar panel installation at 24 Second Way

To The OKH Committee:
We are an abutter of 24 Second Way. We have solar panels on our house that
were approved by this committee and installed by Clean Energy Design in 2019-
2020. We are very happy with the work done and the final appearance of the
project. The historic significance of this neighborhood is from many years ago
when the saltworks were located here. Now we are a neighborhood of mixed
summer cottages and year-round houses.
We are aware of the solar array plan. We feel that they would be just as
acceptable as homes, churches, or businesses with solar panels around
Barnstable, within the OKH or not.
