Hyannis Main Street Waterfront Historic District Commission’s Public Hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. by remote participatio n methods. She explains that it will be a re roof with black asphalt shingles. Tom Doherty drove by the property, nice building. Looks fine. Betsy Young, as long as black asphalt allowed in district, specify that this is what will be put up. Jim Kupfer, also make a statement that will be black asphalt shingles in condition with the motion. Chair Cheryl Powell - anything contrary to HHDC having black? Jim Kupfer confirms replacing in kind. Chair Cheryl Powell opens public comment. None. Chair closes public comment.
