Dear Zoning Appeal Board,
I am writing you in support of the proposed transfer of business ownership
from Mrs. Hedderig to Mr. Geenberg. This action would maintain the
status quo and not add any non-conforming activity to the Residential
Zoning District.
Mr. Greenberg was a long-time employee of Mr. Hedderig and understand
the terms and conditions required to be a good neighbor there in Marstons
Mills. Affordable, quality auto repair is essential to anyone who owns a car
or truck in these challenging economics times.
Ted’s Automotive has an excellent reputation and devoted following. It is
my hope that this can carry forward into the future.
