name is James Heaney. I live at 139 Sea street. I’m 70 years old and live alone.There is a multiple dwelling in the
neighborhood that causes nothing but problems involving police participation. Adding 3 bedrooms and a kitchen
with more people will increase traffic and noise.It will hurt my property value and quality of life. Thank You for
