This special permit request is related to a variance request for which the applicants have filed a
notice of constructive approval that the ZBA has appealed I have recently sent correspondence
to the Town Attorney's office regarding the appeal of the onstructive approval.
As such, I and on behalf of the O'Neill's and Dunbar requ st to continue this special permit
proceeding to the July 13, 2022, meeting to provide time r the Town Attorney's office to
respond.
