A right-of-way for all purposes which ways are used in the Town of Barnstable in common with the grantor and all others lawfully entitled thereto over that portion of Parker Lane, also
known as Parker Road as shown on a plan of land entitled, “Plan of Land in Barnstable for John P. Manning dated July 30, 1959, drawn by Charles Savory Inc., Registered Engineers and
Surveyors, Hyannis MA”, recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 232, Page 79.
THIS right-of-way is appurtenant to the grantee’s land shown as Lot 2A ,Lot 3A and Parcel A on a plan of land entitled, “Plan of Land on OldStage Road and Parker Lane in Barnstable,
MA, prepared for William Eagan, drawn by Gallagher Engineering Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors of Foxboro MA dated April 15, 2022" ( see Plan Book _____ Page_____)
IT being further agreed between the parties heretoand their successors and assigns that said granted easement is subject to the owners of saidLot 2A, Lot 3A and Parcel A sharing in the
road maintenance and plowing of that portion of Parker Lane, shown on said plan in Plan Book 232, Page 79 with the Grantors.
