The Barnstable Committee of the Old King's Highway Historic District Committee, acting in accordance with the
Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act, Chapter 470, Acts of 1973 as amended, has held a hearing and
made determinations on the following applications:

To construct a wheelchair compliant walkway; install a mechanical lift and porch leading to a new accessible entrance, re-
grade and enlarge the parking space; re-design, re-grade, and re-set brick walkways to the west and south entrances; reconstruct
south porch; and enlarge a section of the first floor (east side of building) by 6 feet to accommodate accessible restrooms,
enlarged kitchen, and storage room.

ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY A DECISION OF THIS COMMITTEE HAS A RIGHT TO APPEAL TO THE REGIONAL
COMMISSION WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE FILING DATE OF THIS DECISION WITH THE BARNSTABLE TOWN CLERK.
All certificates issued pursuant to this Act shall expire one year from the date of issue, or upon the expiration of
any building permit issued as to the work authorized by said certificate, whichever date shall be later. The
Committee may renew any certificate for an additional term or terms of not over one year provided application for
such renewal is received prior to the expiration of said certificate.
