We are writing in support of the
C oughlin's special permit request for 186 Lake Elizabeth D rive.
We live in Craigville Village and
pass the Coughlin's as w e enter the village green on the way to our home.
U nlike most structures in the community w hich date back over 100 years, 186
Lake Elizabeth is a relatively newer home with architectural details that are
uncharacteristic of the typical Craigville cottage. With their planned
renovation, Kim and Patrick have done a great job of follow ing the requirements
of the Craigville Village DCPC regulations while incorporating new building
details which compliment neighboring homes and the surrounding area.
Kim and Patrick have a long history
in C raigville, are both active members of the community, and care very much
about preserving their property for future generations. We w ish them the best
of luck with their renovation.
