I am writing to express my full support for the Brown's application for a
special permit to transfer the kitchen, presently located in the boat house, to the
proposed pool house pursuant to the plans prepared by architect Walter Yarosh.
Having reviewed the plans, I believe the renovations are in keeping with the
neighborhood and have my approval.
