The Browns' application for a special permit in transferring the kitchen presently located
in the boat house to the proposed pool house pursuant to the plans prepared by architect
Walter Yarosh is currently under review and we are writing to express our full support.
We believe the renovations are excellent for the neighborhood and have been impressed
with the quality of the Brown's previous projects which have been a welcome addition to
