Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
Is there going to be an extension of the existing revetment on the subject
property? If so, the applicant must submit new information/calculations pertaining
to the presence/absence of a Coastal Bank as defined at 310 CMR 10.30 and
following the standards established by MassDEP Wetlands Program Policy 92-1,
on the project site. Applicant must also confirm the presence/absence of a
Coastal Dune as defined at 310 CMR 10.28 on the subject lot.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Chapter 91 license may be required. Application and transmittal forms are
